About The Author
Sanjiv Sarin retired in 2019 as CEO and MD of Tata Coffee Ltd after forty-two years in corporate life, which took him to senior leadership roles through four continents. Earlier he spent seventeen years with Cadbury where his last assignment was as Country Director, Philippines. He is currently an Independent Director on the board of companies and a Trustee with various NGOs. He is a certified Leadership Coach and is the Founder and CEO of Purpledot Consultants in the space of coaching.
